Plosebob
Experience pure action and excitement with the Plosebob. Safely positioned in closed bobsleighs, you thunder downhill on a rail-guided track, overcoming 147 metres in altitude in a 6-minute ride. It’s up to you to decide whether you want to experience the “Hero” ride with a launch catapult or whether you prefer a more leisurely ride. In either case, the rapid bends provide the desired adrenaline rush. The start and finish are located at the Infoshop at the top station of the Plose gondola lift. The Plosebob can be used all year round.
ATTENTION: the Plosebob may remain closed due to weather conditions, as the safety of the sports facility cannot be guaranteed if there is snow or ice on the tracks. Information on whether the Plosebob is open or closed will be posted below every day at 10 am.

Infos Plosebob
Opening hours & operation
- The Plosebob operates daily from 10:00 to 17:45 (with a possible lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00 on selected days).
- No special prior knowledge is required for the ride
- Winter-appropriate clothing (good shoes, hat, gloves, ski goggles or sunglasses). Ski boots are not permitted
- In case of rain, snowfall or thunderstorms, the operation of the Plosebob may be suspended for safety reasons.
Ride duration
- The ride with the Plosebob lasts approximately 6 minutes.
Start & Finish
- The start and finish of the Plosebob are at the Infoshop at the top station of the Plose gondola lift. The track begins and ends in the tunnel accessible from the Info Shop.
Size & Age
- Children between 4 and 9 years old may only use the bob in company of an adult person (>18 years).
- Children from the age of 10 and a minimum height of 1.30 m are allowed to ride the bob on their own.

Highlights
It’s up to you whether you take the ride as a “Hero” or a “Chicken”! The catapult at the start of the Plosebob shoots you into orbit. “Heros” reach a speed of 50km/h in 1.2 seconds.
As a “Chicken,” you can take it at a more leisurely pace. Enjoy a relaxed start and take in the spectacular panoramic views of the majestic Dolomites.
