You can also experience the beautiful nature and impressive panorama of the Plose by mountain bike. The mbt routes wind along farm tracks in a gentle, steady ascent to the hut of your choice: the Rossalm Hut, the Monta Fana Hut or the Plose Hut. Always at your side: the Dolomites!

The alpine lodges and mountain restaurants are generally open when the cable car is in operation in the summer. Deviations may occur in the early and late seasons. Therefore, please check the opening hours directly with the companies.

The Geisler Inn is located next to the cable car and can be reached by car, too. Our restaurant is open all day long (tipical Italian and local dishes). We also offer good price overnight stays with breakfast or half pension. Big quiet terrace with great panoramic view of the Dolomites.

The foundations of our mountain hut date back to the 1950s, and for nearly 75 years, we have been offering shelter and good food to hikers and mountain enthusiasts of all kinds. We are situated directly overlooking the magnificent Isarco Valley at an altitude of 2040 meters above sea level. Our products are of the highest quality and mostly sourced locally. The experience we have gained over the decades has led us to a turning point in our working methods, and starting this winter, we are also offering our guests Roman cuisine and fish dishes.

Welcome to the Halslhütte mountain hut with an impressive view of the Dolomites! The family-run alpine hut invites 'young and old' to linger in the cosy Stuben or on the sun terrace. The traditional alpine hut is located on a vast clearing at 1,700 m above sea level. If you are looking for peace, this is the place for you! The hut can be reached from the Ackerboden car park in 1 hour, in summer also via the Bressanone Altitude Trail in 3 hours.
