We take you to the Plose

In all the years many people found good jobs on the Plose and we found reliable employees who continue to share their knowledge and their allegiance to the mountain with our guests. This close affinity of mountain people and high-tech winter and hiking resort provides a Tyrolean mix that could not be more authentic in our times.

Our team daily makes sure that you can feel safe on our facilities in both, summer and winter. Our engineers are specialized in orbit and chair lifts and always bring a good amount of craft skills and weather resistance with them. In fact, their job is often associated with work on the sometimes very fresh air.

At the beginning of each winter season rescue exercises are performed, involving, in addition to our staff and the mountain rescue, fire brigade and ambulance. Many times in the context of this action there is also a helicopter.

Currently, there are 13 employees working in the company throughout the year. For the duration of the winter season there are 40 more, for whom the seasonal employment is an important secondary source of income. They are mostly full-time farmers and can maintain their small farms through the work on the Plose.
