We want you to enjoy carefree days on the Plose. The well-being and safety of our guests and staff are our top priority, therefor we adapt the following safety measures:
To access the lifts the EU QR code covid certificate (proof of vaccination, a negative test or recovery from the virus) is mandatory from the age of 12.
Here additional information to the Green Pass.
Safe skiing with EU QR code covid certificate
The skipass, available online or at our selling points has to be activated daily with the EU QR code covid certificate.
After purchasing the skipass, you will have to “enable” it by scanning the EU QR code covid certificate. This will be possible online on the website dolomitisuperski.com or via the Dolomiti Superski App, by entering the personal data and then uploading the EU QR code covid certificate before accessing the lifts.
The verification of the Green Pass will be immediate and will entitle you to use the lifts on the same day. This verification must be carried out for each ski day.
If you do not have a smartphone or internet access, you can buy your ski pass and validate the QR code every day at our points of sale.
Transport capacity of the cable cars
The capacity on the closed lifts (cable cars, gondolas, chairlifts with canopy) will be reduced to 80 %, while the capacity on the open lifts will not be reduced.
In the case of members of the same household living together, however, there is no restriction and the gondolas may be fully occupied.
Compulsory wearing of masks
It is compulsory for passengers to wear a face mask to eliminate the risk of infection in the enclosed gondolas. All staff in contact with passengers also wear the legally required face masks and take the “Covid-19” measures very seriously.
In the shop at the valley station you can purchase face masks.
Online ticket system
It will be possible to buy skipasses, sleding tickets and single rides with the cable car Plose online from beginning of December onwards. You can buy your ONLINE TICKET conveniently from home or directly on site, thus avoiding waiting times.
You can pick up your ski pass and toboggan tickets at the Pick Up Box using the QR code previously sent to you and link them to your Green Pass to enter the ski area directly.
Tickets for the cable car will be sent to you directly by email and are valid immediately after linking with your Green Pass.
Further safety measures
All cabins run with open windows to ensure better ventilation.
Floor stickers and lateral demarcation systems ensure the legally required minimum distances between people at the ticket offices and in the waiting and boarding areas of the cable cars.
Disinfection facilities are available to guests at all cableways in the entry and exit areas and at the ticket counters.
Disinfection facilities are also available in the toilets for our guests to maintain their personal hygiene.
The gondolas of the cable cars and the public WC facilities are sanitised daily.
To ensure a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the cable car toilets as well, they are cleaned and disinfected several times a day according to fixed cleaning schedules.
Based on the data of the last three years, we provide you with tabular information about the inflow forecast for each days of the season. This allows you to plan your holidays in such a way as to avoid the periods with the highest influx of skiers. See the calendar
We are sure that thanks to these measures you will be able to spend a carefree and wonderful day on our mountain and look forward to your visit.
