The Plose gondola lift is being replaced by two installations connected by a middle station. The advantage of building two cable cars instead of one is that the infrastructure is less massive and less concrete has to be used. This benefits the landscape, but most of all our skiers and tobogganers, for whom new opportunities open up.
PLOSE I leads from the current valley station to the former valley station of the Trametsch lift, PLOSE II from there to the current mountain station. Modern 10-seater cabins carry guests up to 2,000 m above sea level with a 360° panoramic view over the Brixen valley basin and offer comfortable boarding and alighting – also with prams, bicycles and even wheelchairs.
