Winter Hiking on the Plose
Thanks to the Special Location of the Plose – it is bound southwards, towards the Dolomites – you can experience a very special and fairy tale winter landscape.
More and more people are discovering the exercise in the fresh air even in winter. In order to give this joy of movement in one of the most beautiful landscapes we recommend a winter walk on the Plose. The cable car can carry you up to a height of 2000m. Here you can watch the hustle and bustle of skiers, freestylers and toboggan riders while enjoying your cappuccino on the terrace before you start to your winter hike. If you want to be accompanied by a guide, please contact the Ski School Plose.
Our Winter Hiking Trails
Winter hiking has its own charm, whether in sunshine or cold winter weather. It rewards everyone who decides to do so. Even if our winter hiking Trails are regularly groomed, hiking can be difficult, because the grip when hiking on snow is different than in summer. Therefore we recommend good shoes and poles. Don’t forget: sun protection, hat, the Right clothing and plenty to drink!
