Are you ready for winter?
Skiing has considerable demands on physical conditions. Therefore, check your strength, endurance and coordination already in the fall and prepare yourself for the following season!
Warm up before each downhill and activate your circuit. Already by 10 minutes hull circles, leg lifts and squats, you decrease your risk of accidents. Start only when you feel ready to go!
Green light for the plose!
Plose lovers have their own routes and tours. But if you are on the Plose for the first time we recommend:
The Trametsch – the longest run in South Tyrol
The longest groomed slope in South Tyrol, with its 9 km long and 1,400 m in altitude is a real challenge for any skier. Start at 2,500 m altitude and enjoy the run – all Bressanone lies at your feet!
A secret tip is to try it in the morning as that is the moment in which it is in the best conditions. If you want you can try only half slope, take the chairlift back up and start again!
