Family ski resort Plose – variety and fun

In winter the gondola takes young and old winter sports enthusiasts in a white wonderland. The family ski area is characterized by a variety of slopes, most of which are blue and red runs, which means that the difficulty level is low or medium. The spacious area offers everything you need: from the slopes of a great fun park to winter hiking trails, snowshoeing paths, horse-drawn sleigh rides and several toboggan runs. The easy toboggan run takes you to the Rossalm, easily reachable on foot or by horse-drawn sleighs. Since the increase is small, mainly young children and sled pulling dads will enjoy themselves on this toboggan run. It is the ideal route to combine the tastes and moods of all family members and friends. The Rossalm is the place where skiers, toboggan riders, snowshoe hikers and walkers meet each other to spend some relaxing time together.

The family ski area with the greatest venues for winter sports lovers

Great meeting places for skiers, however, are also the refuge Plose hut and the Pfannspitz hut, our most rustic cabin. Snowshoe hikers can arrange a meeting with their ski friends at the Slemmer guesthouse, and in the end everybody will meet each other in the guest house Geisler, in the “s’Stuebele” or in the mountain restaurant. The tempting offer is completed by a stunning sun terrace and outdoor play areas that are exciting and attractive even in winter.

Unlimited sledding

RudiRun1 and RudiRun 2 are toboggan runs, which are almost equally long (5.2 km and 5.3 km), but together they build the longest toboggan run in South Tyrol. This way toboggan lovers will definitely enjoy themselves and if that is not enough, there is the possibility to take the upper section several times. You simply have to take the Trametsch lift and you will comfortably ride back up.

On the way home also the walk to the Rossalm can be used as a toboggan run. Thanks to the low inclination the route becomes attractive especially for small children and grandparents!
