Hiking on the Plose with certified mountain and hiking guides.

The mountain above Brixen, Plose, gives you a breathtaking view of the Dolomites and so many other well-known peaks of the Alps. Come along with one of our certified hiking guides and discover the beauties of Bressanone’s High Level Path, the Three Summits Tour and the Dolomites Panoramic Path.

Bressanone’ s high level path

The hike on Bressanone’ s high level path leads to the Ochsenalm and on to the Leonhard cross and the telegraph, the highest point of the Plose massive with a fantastic view. Then we continue towards Plose mountain hut and on until we reach the top station of the gondola lift, Kreuztal, again.

Walk duration of the round trip: 3-4 hours

Meeting point is at the top station of the Plose cable car, at 10.00 clock.

Registration until 16.00 of the previous day at the Tourism Association office, 0472 83640.

BrixenCard holders do not pay for for gondola lift and guided tour. For all others the price for the guided tour is  € 15,00, children up to the age of 14 pay € 8,00.

Prerequisite: Hiking clothes and hiking boots. Minimum: 5 persons.Walking at your own risk.

Three Summit Tour

The three-peak hike is a ridge crossing the entire Plose area. It takes you to the Telegraph at 2000 m height and offers a view of Bressanone and the Isarco valley, then eastwards into the valley in direction of Lüsen’ s Pfannspitz and on to Gabler, the highest peak of the group.

Dolomites panorama path

The Dolomite high level path, also known as the Dolomites panorama path, offers landscapes which are among the most beautiful in the entire Dolomites. Again, the first part of this path (there and back to Rossalm 1 ½ hours) can be classified as a short and easy hike, recommended for families with children.
